Immigration Petition Specialist

About the Opportunity
ImmiVisa Law Group is looking for an Immigration Petition Specialist in Winter Garden, FL to be responsible to prepare immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, assess eligibility and support attorneys with employment-based immigration cases.
In this role, you'll work directly with our attorneys to move employment-based immigration cases forward, from initial eligibility review through petition preparation and filing.
About the Responsibilities
- Prepare immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions
- Assess client eligibility for employment-based immigration pathways
- Support attorneys with case preparation on employment-based immigration matters
About You
- Associate Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration or a closely related field. Alternate fields of study accepted: Associate degree in Construction Management or Architecture (foreign equivalent degree accepted).
- Two years of experience in legal or technical consulting or a closely related occupation.
