About
Daniel R. Núñez Ariza is a Puerto Rican attorney with a diverse legal background in juvenile criminal defense, corporate law, complex business litigation, and immigration law. After Hurricane María, Daniel and his family relocated from Puerto Rico to the mainland United States in 2018, an experience that further shaped his understanding of resilience, transition, and the importance of strong advocacy.
Daniel’s passion for immigration law grew from his desire to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate legal systems that can often feel overwhelming. As the son of a Colombian immigrant family and a first-generation American, he brings both personal insight and professional experience to his work. He understands how deeply immigration matters can affect a person’s family, livelihood, future, and sense of security.
Before joining his current practice, Daniel founded and operated DNA Law Firm, P.A., where he focused on a wide range of immigration matters. His experience includes business immigration, employment-based visas, investment and international expansion matters, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, fiancé visas, asylum, removal defense, and representation before both USCIS and the EOIR Immigration Court.
Daniel is committed to providing honest, strategic, and compassionate legal representation to clients seeking stability, opportunity, and a better future in the United State
