About
Josue Rosales has spent his professional career helping individuals, families, attorneys, and government teams navigate complex U.S. immigration processes. He has over seven years of progressive experience in U.S. immigration, consular operations, visa processing, document review, case strategy, and international consulting. Before joining ImmiVisa Law Group, Josue served with the U.S. Department of State, where he worked in high-volume immigrant visa operations and supported complex visa processing projects across Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, and other regions.
Josue has extensive experience in family-based and employment-based immigration matters, including immigrant visa processing, consular case readiness, document compliance, intergovernmental coordination, and case lifecycle management. His background includes leading consular teams, advising on high-sensitivity cases, implementing workflow improvements, and training immigration units on international document review and regulatory compliance.
Josue received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho. He also completed studies in Teaching English as a Second Language at the Universidad de El Salvador, and earned a Master in Project Management from the Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona.

His awards recognize his work in immigrant visa operations, process innovation, global consular support, DEIA-focused service, Cuban immigrant visa processing, and initiatives that improved efficiency, reduced visa wait times, and supported high-volume immigrant visa processing across Central America and other regions. Among his awards, he was recognized by Julie M. Stufft, former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Visa Services in the Bureau of Consular Affairs, for assisting Consulate General Lagos and Embassy Addis Ababa in leadership in immigrant visa operations, process innovation, in-person prescreening and document review programs.
