Marcelle Pipolo is the Sales Director at Immivisa, bringing more than 15 years of experience in business development, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and operational leadership across international markets. She leads the firm’s sales and client engagement initiatives while working cross-functionally with the marketing team to develop growth strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and expand Immivisa’s global reach.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and executive studies in Entrepreneurship and Management from Harvard Business School, Marcelle combines strategic leadership with a client-first approach. With personal experience navigating multiple immigration and citizenship journeys, she offers a rare global perspective on international mobility. Her firsthand understanding of cross-border transitions enables her to anticipate clients’ needs, build lasting relationships, and guide individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and professionals with trust, empathy, and strategic insight throughout their immigration journey.

Outside of work, Marcelle enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, spending time at the beach, cycling, and creating meaningful experiences with her family. Her passion for global connections and cultural exchange reflects the same curiosity and dedication she brings to helping clients pursue new opportunities around the world.
