Nicole Brino
Case Manager
About
Nicole is a Case Manager from southern Brazil with a multidisciplinary background in public administration, higher education, and dentistry. She currently specializes in employment-based immigration, working primarily on EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) cases, and has additional experience assisting with Medical Deferred Action cases. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience navigating regulatory and administrative procedures enable her to manage high-volume, document-intensive cases with accuracy and efficiency.
Before transitioning into immigration law, Nicole built an extensive career in public health management and academia. As a public health specialist and adjunct professor, she taught several courses, including Primary Health Care Management, to Nursing and Dentistry students at Campos Gerais University. She also worked in public health administration at the Ponta Grossa City Hall, serving in both the Urgency and Emergency Management Office and the Occupational Medicine Management Office. There, she managed administrative and legal documentation related to public procurement, contracts for goods and services, public bidding processes, and employee records, trained municipal employees on administrative procedures and health-related programs, and delivered health education lectures in correctional facilities.
Fluent in both English and Portuguese, Nicole's academic background includes research in surgical procedures and public health. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in regulatory compliance, document management, research, and cross-functional communication while working in highly regulated environments. These experiences have provided a strong foundation for her current role in immigration law, where she applies the same analytical approach, organizational skills, and commitment to serving clients through complex legal processes.
